A Wrinkle in Time or a Wrinkle in Evil?

I like to see ratings and read reviews before I expose myself to new-agie garbage like this. So I did some research and found, as usual, all kinds of reviews from one end of the spectrum to the other. I suppose if any of us had read the novel by Madeleine L’Engle we might have a better idea of what to expect. So I am sharing who she was and what she was about because I believe it will give us much needed information about this story and whether or not to go and see what Disney and Hollywood have done to it. I must say that I do not believe there is anything Christ-like in either the book nor the movie. Did she use Scripture in the book? Yes, but satan also knows God’s Word and how to twist it to accomplish his purpose against mankind. Another great idea is to research the director and see what her beliefs are.

I strongly suggest that all parents who call themselves Christian, which means to be Christ-like, go to our Lord and ask Him if they should take their children to see it. At the very least, I suppose it could be a teachable time for children who are emotionally and spiritually mature enough to understand. Here is a great question that all of us Christians ought to live our lives by, “Does it glorify God?”

Concerns about the teachings of Madeleine L’Engle, the author of A Wrinkle in Time

Born: 1918 / Died: 2007

Faith: Liberal Episcopalian with New Age and mysticism beliefs—“official writer-in-residence at New York City’s Episcopal Cathedral of St. John the Divine, which is known for its prominent position in the liberal wing of the Episcopal Church”—a church which some have called apostate and very New Age

EVOLUTIONIST—She was a theistic Evolutionist, enamored with science claims about the universe. “I read very widely. I have friends who send me the magazine Discover and scientific articles they think I’ll be interested in. So I’m able to keep up with what’s going in the world of physics and particle physics, which to me is theology. These people are dealing with the nature of being—which to me is theology much more than that of the theologians, who argue about peripheral things.”

UNIVERALIST—She believed in and promoted the unbiblical idea of universal salvation—that is, that EVERYONE who has ever lived is going—or has gone—to be with God, and there is no Hell. Naturally, this made her very popular with many. —Rebuttals: Will all mankind eventually be saved? Answer / HELL: Fact or Fiction—Is it an actual place? Answer

She believed that parts of the Bible are “fantasy.”

She falsely claimed that Jesus was not sinless (A Stone for a Pillow, p. 176).

Religions of the world were honored by her as bearers of truth and light, and enemies of darkness. —Rebuttal: RELIGIONS—Many ways to God? Aren’t all religions basically the same? Answer

Given her belief in Universalism, it is not surprising that she was dismissive of the wrath of God, the fear of the Lord and Christ’s death in atonement for our sins. In New Age fashion, she twisted the word “atonement” to mean “at-one-ment” with the universe (p. 203).
She wrote that mankind is not the “pinnacle of creation” and that we are no more important in God’s view than “stars or butterflies or baboons,” because we are all part of “the whole” (pp. 202-203). (To the contrary, God’s Word reveals clearly that Adam was created in the image of God, was given dominion over His creatures (Gen. 1:26-28) and humanity is in God’s prime focus from the beginning of Creation, throughout history and into the future—designed to commune with God and bring glory to Him.)
In summary, Madeleine confused truth with great errors, rejected the true God of the Bible and His inerrant Word—discarding parts of the Bible she disliked. Like so many people in our time, she preferred to believe in an imaginary divinity of human invention—more to her own liking.
Through over 40 books for children and adults, seminars, and personal appearances, her influence was strong and widespread.

I am also sharing some of the reviews of the movie that I am finding out there:

“A WRINKLE IN TIME is based on a beloved book by Madeline L’Engle, but veers from the book’s original Christian allegory and inserts New Age messages and a very confusing plotline. It seems as if the filmmakers spent most of their time focusing on the CGI aspects of the movie, in order to create a great spectacle, rather than working on the story. Overall, Movieguide® advises extreme caution for A WRINKLE IN TIME.”

Disney Tries to Scrub Christianity From Existence in New Blockbuster, Pays a Big Price

“This movie is packed full of new-ageism. Themes such as “inner light”, “centering”, “becoming one with the universe” are a few for example. Although there is a good lesson about the power of love, there is NOTHING in this film that promotes a Christian worldview. In fact, whereas God’s word teaches of humanity’s need for redemption by the blood of Jesus, this film promoted the idea that we can simply choose to live by the light that is already in us. If I had known this prior to buying a ticket, I probably would’ve skipped this one. I actually found myself praying over my eight-year-old daughter in the movie that these things would not enter her heart. Prayerfully consider these things before taking your children & allow Holy Spirit to guide you. Blessings 🙏🏻” Pastor and father, Aaron Wall

This one I found especially interesting as this movie seems to put out there the act of channeling demon spirits:

A Wrinkle In Time: Satan’s best Sermon

If you have seen this movie and got chills, then you are not alone. This movie was filled with some of the best teachings that Satan has to offer. If you were a new ager, a witch, a yogi, or satanist you would have found your home here. This movie will reboot and throughly cleanse the sinus of demonically filled people.

No time was wasted. The trinity Oprah, Mindy Kaling, & Reese Witherspoon covers the basis for all races. The black, brown, and white coalition was in place. Oprah being the Father, Mindy the Holy Spirit, and Reese was Jesus Christ. They each played their role as entities of light. They were guides who taught the main character how to astral project. They used yoga as the entry point for the light (Satan) to enter. At the point of Mindy’s eyes going white, flashes real quick, demons entered the people in the movie theater. Oprah’s demonic power is impressive. Evil spirits of depression, fear, and anxiousness.

A superb way to keep one entangled. The hook that keeps one chained to demonic methods of living that loop over and over again. I heard a young girl express her delight in the movie and tears began to fill my eyes and I felt it difficult to hold them back. Ignorance may be temporarily blissful, but it will not protect you from the truth. Demons entered the children as well. Parents totally unaware of what transpired. Simply heart breaking, but A Wrinkle in Time is brilliant.
There was one statement that stuck out to me. “Light enters through the wound.” I have found speaking to demons that women who birth children out of trauma are the easiest to enter. It is no coincidence that when you see a homosexual, they all have a trauma story. The angel of light (Satan) enters through the trauma. Why do you think entering a fraternity requires a ritual that produces trauma? A gang? A secret society? Hollywood? It is the reason young girls and boys are sexually abused. It produces trauma and demons enter.

The trauma is the hook that keeps one enslaved to sin and in bondage to all kinds of addictions that are harmful, suicidal, genocidal, and homicidal. This movie moves past the understanding of most of the adults who will watch it, but their children will receive the message loud and clear. The universe in this movie is Satan and he will teach you how to enter the spirit world and you can in the spirit move faster then the speed of light.

If you have watched this movie with your children ignorantly, then pray this prayer.

Heavenly Father, I am aware that ignorance does not save me or my family. What I don’t know can kill me. Your word says over and over again to get knowledge and wisdom and understanding. To seek it as for hidden treasure. Forgive me. As the leader of my home, I should have watched over my children. Lord Jesus, send your healing. Touch me and the rest of my family with your cleansing blood. Rescue my children from filthy spirits that seek to destroy and remove from them every disease satan has planned for their life. Bring conviction to me, so that I walk well in this evil world where Satan is the prince of the air (airwaves). In Jesus name.
Lord, I know you don’t dwell in unclean temples. I know offending you will not go well with me. Fill me Lord. Give me a fresh touch. Restore me and my family in Jesus name.

In That Day!

Image result for images for the day of the lord

Good morning dear readers and I first want to wish all a very blessed Christ-filled Christmas! I have been reading in Zechariah lately. This morning as I read chapters 12-14, visions unfolded in my mind, and I thought these things truly are coming to pass before our eyes. As you read them below, be alert as God shows you the signs of “in that day.”

Do we not see the Lord’s hand in placing our President Trump in office to accomplish God’s will, as the stage for the happenings “in that day” is being set through all that we witness. This man did not have a political agenda when he ran for this high office. He truly loves this great country and seeks to undo the evil corruption that has been done over the past several decades. He even donates his wages to wonderful charities. I will for the life of me never be able to understand those who choose not to see that this man and his family had everything at their fingertips, because of wise and hard work, and yet they set it all aside to try and do God’s will. We pray with all our hearts that President Trump will constantly seek God’s will in all that he is doing. We also lift him up for protection from the evil entities and those humans they use to try and do him harm. I shudder to think how horrible things would be if that other evil party would have had their person win this office. I thank you Lord every day that you did not allow that to happen. I was also very blessed to see that “we the people” are still very strong and we can still make our voices heard and get the person we believe in elected. Thank you to our founding fathers for the electoral college instead of the so-called popular vote that would allow those in highly populated areas to determine who is elected.

I ask you to please take time in this busy season to truly spend some time with your Heavenly Father and pray fervently that all His children speak and live boldly to let our lights shine so that more and more will come to know the Saviour and not be left behind in the horrors that will have to be fulfilled “In that Day.”

Zechariah 12-14

Chapter 12

1 The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
4 In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
5 And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God.
6 In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
7 The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
8 In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.
9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.
12 And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;
13 The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;
14 All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.

Chapter 13

1 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
2 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
3 And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.
4 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he hath prophesied; neither shall they wear a rough garment to deceive:
5 But he shall say, I am no prophet, I am an husbandman; for man taught me to keep cattle from my youth.
6 And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.
7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.
8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

Chapter 14

1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.
10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin’s gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king’s winepresses.
11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.
12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour.
14 And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.
15 And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.
16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
20 In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD; and the pots in the LORD’s house shall be like the bowls before the altar.
21 Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.

How to Find the Will of God

“…that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:2b

Sometimes in our zeal to seek God’s will, we can make it much more difficult than it really needs to be. The first step is to continuously die to our selfish flesh, that God’s Spirit may move in us and through us. George Muller laid it out quite simply, but powerfully:

“How I Find The Will of God”

I seek at the beginning to get my heart into such a state that it has no will of its own in regard to a given matter. Nine-tenths of the trouble with the people is just here. Nine-tenths of the difficulties are overcome when our hearts are ready to do the Lord’s will, whatever it may be. When one is truly in this state, it is usually but a little while to the knowledge of what His will is.

I seek the will of the Spirit of God through and in connection with the Word of God. The Spirit and the Word must be combined. If I look to the Spirit alone without the Word, I lay myself open to great delusions also. If the Holy Ghost guides us at all, He will do it according to the Scriptures, and never contrary to them.

Next I take into account the providential circumstances. These often plainly indicate God’s will in connection with His Word and Spirit.

I ask God in prayer to reveal His will to me aright. Thus through prayer to God, the study of the Word and reflection, I come to a deliberate judgment according to the best of my ability and knowledge, and if my mind is thus at peace, and continues so after two or three more petitions, I proceed accordingly.

In trivial matters and in transactions involving most important issues, I have found this method always effective.

God’s Infallible Word

God’s word is indeed infallible! I believe He has protected it over the centuries as our Guidebook. Sometimes, while under conviction, we can look at God’s Word as a rules and regulations book, but it is so very much more than that. The rules and regulations are for our own protection because He loves us so. The Bible has much more to offer.

This mornings devotion was very interesting, so much so that I had to share. The author of today’s devotion in our Baptist Bread, Dr. Paul Heaton, found this quote in Compton’s Encyclopedia: “One of the supreme achievements of the English Renaissance came at its close, in the King James Bible…It is rightly regarded as the most influential book in the history of the English civilization…the King James Version combined homely, dignified phrases into a style of great richness and loveliness. It has been a model of writing for generations of English-speaking people.”

I must say I whole-heartedly agree. I love the KJV of God’s Word and I never care to use any of the modern versions which leave out so many words and verses, and change complete wording of God’s Word, which helps people stay comfortable in their sin. I never really got into poetry, but I love the poetic flow of the Psalms and how they are so easy to understand. I balk when I hear people say they use other versions, such as NIV, because it helps them understand it better. Excuse me, but the KJV was written at a 5th-6th grade reading level. Some well-intentioned people say they use other versions to help people get the gist of what the Bible says. What? The gist is just some man’s interpretation. I see no need to veer from the uncorrupted version of God’s Word, as His Spirit leads us in understanding and sharing with others. He tells us what to say and how to say it if we listen to Him. If we have trouble with knowing meanings of words, the Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance tells meanings of the original Hebrew and Greek words used in the Bible.

(AS A SIDE NOTE: to make yourselves more educated on the truth of those ‘other’ versions, you may check it out for yourselves here: http://www.av1611.org/tracts.html#BibleVersions or here:  http://av1611.com/kjbp/charts.html.)To those who corrupt God’s Word, I would remind of this: Revelation 22:18-19 “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

Dr. Heaton listed where some of our sayings (some might call them cliche’s) originated in God’s Word. He found them in Compton’s Encyclopedia. I wish to share them, with the Scriptures. Enjoy!

Job 19:20 “My bone cleaveth to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth.” So we say, “Saved by the skin of my teeth.”

Job 36:27 “For he maketh small the drops of water: they pour down rain according to the vapour thereof:” So we say, “It poured down rain.”

Psalm 37:36 “Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.” So we say, “Passed away” (describing the death of someone).

Psalm 50:22 “Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.” Where the bully gets, “I will tear you in pieces.”

Psalm 78:25 “Man did eat angels’ food: he sent them meat to the full.” Ever hear of “angel food cake?”

Proverbs 13:12 “Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.” The lonely say, “I am heart sick.”

Proverbs 17:22 “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” So we say, “Laughter is the best medicine.” (I especially love this verse.)

Ecclesiastes 10:20 “Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.” So we say, “A little birdie told me.”

Psalm 138:2 “I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.”

The Fourth of July

My thoughts and feelings exactly!

Linda's Bible Study

Today is the Fourth of July. For most of us, it means at least a partial day off work. Often, it means beautiful summer weather, although this year it’s a bit soggy  on the east coast so far because of Hurrican Arthur. Terry opened up the doors and windows early this morning. It’s delightful to have cool breezes clearing out the house after several days of very hot temps.

I love Thanksgiving and Christmas, but there is something so special about the Fourth. I love the true history of our nation, not the garbage that’s being taught today. Political correctness has destroyed the pride and honor, and the trust in God, that marked the true establishing of our nation. We have a President who made a world-wide apology tour for our very existence, yet he has stated he will not apologize for ignoring the Constitution and going around Congress with…

The Patriot’s Dream

Though I still feel fortunate to live in the United States of America, I cannot say that I am proud, as I grow more and more disappointed in the deterioration of morals and principles that it was founded upon. I believe that God is even more disappointed and will not put up with it much longer. I cannot even imagine how our founding fathers would react to this sad state of affairs.

“The Patriot’s Dream”

“When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.” Psalm 126:1

In the famous song, “O Beautiful for Spacious Skies,” the fourth stanza reads:

O beautiful for patriot dream

That sees beyond the years

Thine alabaster cities gleam,

Undimmed by human tears!

The chorus proclaims: America! America! God shed His grace on thee…

The Psalmist said when the deliverance came it was like a dream. People had to pinch themselves to see if they were awake or still asleep. Laughter and singing returned to their regimen and they recognized the Redeemer’s hand again in their lives.

I wonder if the patriots of America’s storied past ever dreamed that marriage would be desecrated by same-gender couples being united in unholy matrimony? I wonder if they dreamed “Ding-Dongs” and “Ho-Hos” would be banned and marijuana would legalized? I wonder if their dreams included the sacrilege of sacrificing upwards of 55 million babies aborted to appease the gods of a society gone mad? I wonder if they dreamt about the trampling under of the Constitution by crazed Socialists, proud politicians, leftist leaders and a nation of immoral, devil-possessed actors, musicians, media types and citizens weaned on cable television, prurient literature and rock music? I don’t think that was the founding fathers’ dream at all–far from it! It has become a nightmare!

May God forgive us, heal us, help us and cleanse us and “Turn again our captivity,…” (vs. 4)

How Many will Stand and Fight for our Children’s Future!?

There were some excellent articles that came into my inbox this morning. I decided that this one by Michael Brown at Townhall definitely needs to be shared. I just pray it is not already too late; so many are complacent these days. How many will actually see the urgency in this?

Michael Brown Michael Brown

This Battle is For Your Children’s Future

It was Dietrich Bonhoeffer who said, “The ultimate test of a moral society is the kind of world it leaves to its children.” What kind of world are we leaving to our children? What kind of world are we creating for them?

Some recent news items give us an idea of where our society is going unless enough of us stand up and say, “Enough is enough.”

In its first sexual-orientation policy update in nearly a decade, the American Academy of Pediatricians announced that “its members should do more to fight ‘heterosexism’ and ‘homophobia,’ as well as step up their care of teens with same-sex attractions.”

Some of the proposed strategies include, “putting out brochures with pictures of ‘both same- and opposite-gender couples’ or posting a ‘rainbow’ decal on an office door or bulletin board. The report also suggests that medical questionnaires be changed to be gender-neutral, and that staff be trained to not ask a boy about his girlfriend, but to ask him to ‘tell me about your partner’ instead.”

So let’s get this straight. The nation’s largest pediatricians group is declaring war on “heterosexism” and “homophobia” and calling for gender-neutral medical questionnaires? This is where society is going? These should be our priorities?

Put another way, our children’s medical caregivers are calling for a united ideological battle against the idea that God created human beings male and female, or that heterosexuality is any way normative (as in, it takes a man and a woman to create a child), or that any moral or religious opposition to homosexual practice is a manifestation of “homophobia.”

In the past, I have sarcastically observed that, rather than the doctor announcing to the parents, “It’s a girl!” or, “It’s a boy!”, he should now say, “Well, the packaging is male, but we’re not really sure what’s inside.”

That sarcastic observation could be nearer to the truth than we realize.

In keeping with this mentality, news media around the world has been busy proclaiming the latest “transgender” victory, announcing joyfully that, “A six-year-old transgender girl will be able to return to school after winning the right to use the female bathroom.

“Coy Mathis was discriminated against when staff at Eagleside Elementary School in suburban Colorado Springs told her she could not use the girls’ toilets, a civil rights panel ruled.”

Yes, “Her parents raised the issue after school officials said the youngster could use the bathroom in either the teachers’ lounge or the nurse’s office.

“Kathryn and Jeremy Mathis said the decision would end up stigmatising their daughter, who they said had come out of her shell when they began to allow her to live as a girl.”

Did you read between the lines? The six-year old “transgender girl” is actually a boy and the couple’s “daughter” is actually their son, but since this confused child thinks he is actually a girl, he now is a girl in the eyes of the media, and the son is now a daughter. And we are supposed to celebrate this!

Has it dawned on anyone that there is no reputable scientific evidence of any kind that this boy is actually a girl and this son is actually a daughter? Has it dawned on anyone that many children pass through different phases in life and that there is strong evidence that the majority of children who identify as transgender before puberty do not identify as such after puberty? (It is true that many end up identifying as gay, but at least they realize that they are not boys trapped in girls’ bodies and vice versa.)

What if the child was sure he or she was an alien? Or an animal? Or a black child in a white body? Do no such cases exist? (Surely they do.) Do we then normalize these alternate realities as well? (I’ll say it for the 100th time: Families and individuals struggling with “transgender” issues need our compassion and understanding, but our energies should be devoted to getting to the root of their problems and helping them find wholeness from the inside out.)

The little boy’s parents were concerned that he would be stigmatized by having to use a special bathroom (already a gracious accommodation by the school), but now a court has ruled that he can use the girls’ bathroom with other six-year old girls.

What about them being stigmatized? Why must one confused child bring confusion to the whole school?

In keeping with this moral madness, a measure passed by the California Assembly in May would require schools “to allow transgender students to participate on sports teams and use bathrooms that correspond with their gender identity, not their sex.” The bill, which is expected to become law, would also “mandate that schools have bathrooms and locker rooms that are fully equipped for transgender students,” whatever that actually means.

Is this the environment you want for your kids and grandkids? (By the way, this also puts a new twist on the meaning of the “men’s [or, women’s] basketball team.”)

And let’s not forget the suicidal decision of the Boy Scouts of America to inject sexuality into its program, putting the interests of a tiny minority over the interests of the whole organization. (Let’s also remember that if a boy didn’t feel the need to announce his same-sex attractions, no one was stopping him from being a boy scout.)

And if you haven’t heard the news, “Mickey Mouse just officially added the gay agenda to his programming. In early 2014, Disney Channel will be all set to air its first openly gay couple in its family-oriented TV show ‘Good Luck Charlie.’”

And all this is just the beginning – mark my words – unless we stand up together and say, “Not on my watch! Not with my kids and my grandkids!”

Will we?
